Precision Doors was able to fit me into the tech’s schedule late on the same day, which I was not expecting. Then, they sent one of their best techs that actually installed 5 doors for me, 13 years prior to today. Jimmy Johnson is the fastest, most accurate, safest, and courteous technician you could ask for. He immediately found the problem with my door being the torsion spring and he had it, 10 side rollers, both side cables and pullies replaced, and the entire door system lubricated in a little over 45 minutes. Now it lifts and lowers smoothly and quietly again. Thanks Precision Doors !

Jason Daring did an outstanding Job at a price I could afford. This company is Fast, Reliable, and provides Great Customer Service. I have used Precision in the past and knew I could count on them again to perform service on my Garage Door when my Torsion Spring snapped. I had them replace both L and R and they were done in under 2 hours. I was a little skeptical on prices most recently so I had a few estimates performed. Precision was right in the price range of the competition estimates I received. My garage door springs broke and needed replacing. I called Precision at that evening and they sent Mike F. out the next day. The window was from 12-4 pm and Mike arrived shortly after noon. He was professional and gave me several options to fit my budget and objectives. I used other companies in the past that misrepresented the quality products being installed. I am very happy with the service I received and would recommend Precision.

We called Precision because when closing our garage door, it would close and then automatically go right back up. We thought that maybe our remote needed new batteries. We replaced the batteries and then it did not work at all. When the technician arrived, (William Masten) he replaced the batteries in the remote. Even though we had used brand new batteries, it appears that they were weak. After the technician replaced the batteries in the remote, the remote then worked. However, that did not solve the problem of the door staying closed. William made some adjustment and demonstrated that the door would then stayed closed. As soon as he left, we have not been able to make the door stay closed. We have to unplug everything from the outlet. So, I believe that we basically paid $49.95 to have Precision replace the batteries in our remote. The technician was very polite, but our problem is not solved.

Was a customer on 2012so when my spring broke I called you. Your tech came out and wrote down 4 different prices on a plain sheet of paper ranging from $1200 to $2500. When I said all I wanted was the springs replaced he then gave me a price if $950!! Ridiculous and insulting! Did not purchase and had springs replaced with someone else for $250! This quote was a Blantant rip off! Your business practices really need to be revised! I will never call you back or recommend you! You lost a customer for ever!

I've used Precision in the past and was very satisfied with their service; that was the main reason I chose them again. Tanner, one of their newest technicians did a thorough, professional examination of my garage door system and identified several issues, which I had suspected, and gave me a comprehensive option of services (with prices) to consider, along with the ones he recommended as most critical. He accepted my choices without hesitation and completed the job in less than two hours. What really impressed me was the fact that his trainer was with him and observed everything he did, but allowed him to take charge of the job and run with it - without interference. I could not have been happier with the quality of the completed job - AND at a fair price. I don't expect to need them again for a long time; but if/when I do, I'll call them first

Our system was the original system from build in 2007. We had everything but the actual door replaced. Josh was on time, and very knowledgeable on what we needed. He gave us an estimate with 3 price points for quick fix vs. replacing. We chose to replace everything since it was old. Better to do that than have to keep replacing a little at a time.

The service person came quickly but only stayed for about 30 minutes to replace the belt on my garage door opener. I can’t believe they charge me $486 just to replace the belt. Highway robbery
