We contacted Precision Garage Door Repair after our garage door would not open due to a broken spring. Since it happened Sunday evening it was the next morning until they could get here. Bryan was our technician and he was very polite and informative as to what needed done. Our garage door is 30 years old and it also needed new rollers and a new belt for the garage door opener. Instead of replacing the belt we decided to install a new garage door opener. What a difference this work made on our garage door. It is really quite and runs so smooth compared to before. Bryan did an excellent job and we were very happy with the work. We would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Repair.

Our garage door spring broke the evening prior and called 1st thing in the am. Received an appointment for the same day with a time frame of 12 -4 pm. Received a call stating they had a service tech available and he would arrive between 10 - 12 noon. He arrived in the time frame given. He was professional and explained what needed to be done and explained our options. That was much appreciated. Joseph was very friendly and completed the work in a timely manner. I would definitely call Precision in the future.

our garage door wire broke off and needed to be replaced. We were just looking to get it fixed. Your team came out and gave us an estimate of almost $1100.00 dollars, I thought this was kind of high. Called masters they came out and could not understand why such a high estimate.They repaired it in 30 minutes and charged $196.00. I would never recommend your company to anyone. I believe you pray on people that do not know any better.
