He installed two new motors, springs, gaskets on bottom of both doors; and other accessories. His work was excellent and explained what he was doing. He went beyond customer service. I called yesterday to request a quote for a new garage door opener, I was offered a same evening appointment but asked for a next day visit. Carlos was on-time and discussed the options available. I had purchased a new door from Precision a couple of years ago, and still have a very good working one but became unhappy with the opener. He provided the options, I picked the best selection for me, and requested to set up an installation date. Much to my surprise, EVERYTHING was available on his truck.
