Great response and experience with Precision today, Technician was very knowledgeable on products that could repair and replace the existing motor that was over 12 years old. Went the extra mile to make sure when he left everything was working properly. Even programmed our car remotes.

He installed two new motors, springs, gaskets on bottom of both doors; and other accessories. His work was excellent and explained what he was doing. He went beyond customer service. I called yesterday to request a quote for a new garage door opener, I was offered a same evening appointment but asked for a next day visit. Carlos was on-time and discussed the options available. I had purchased a new door from Precision a couple of years ago, and still have a very good working one but became unhappy with the opener. He provided the options, I picked the best selection for me, and requested to set up an installation date. Much to my surprise, EVERYTHING was available on his truck. He installed my new opener in about 2 hours. Great job Precision, for the second time. You will continue to be a referral from me.
