Not only did he resolve our issue, but he made suggestions (with no pressure) to maintain our 25 year old garage doors. Since Precision was having a special on roller replacement we took advantage of it. Now, like Travis guaranteed, our garage doors operate quietly and no longer sound like they are 25 years old.
