Precision Door Service installed new springs on our garage door. When we had a problem with the door being unbalanced, having to do with something on one side of the set of springs, they came out the same day I called to fix it. They didn't charge me and even took the time to reprogram a garage door opener that I hadn't been able to do and moved the weather stripping back from the door where it was rubbing. Full service, with a smile!

Mike was terrific! although we ended up spending more than we originally thought, it was for the better of our equipment. Mike helped us understand what was an immediate need, and what might go wrong here in the future. He was patient. He explained all the pieces of the quote expertly.
