My technician, Matt was awesome!!! Service top notch and no bull. Precision installed my door several years ago and today, suddenly it doesn’t work. I called Precision and even in these difficult times, managed to get someone out within hours of my call. Thankfully, the fix wasn’t too costly but I can’t say enough about Matt!! I called this business on a Monday around 4pm. Costumer service was excellent and sent a tech around 5:30pm. Tech fixed my garage door in about two hrs. Very pleased with this company.

I did all the diagnostics I could before calling Precision. I got a same day appointment at the end of the day. "Bob" was my tech, and he was great. Personable, understanding, and listened to my concerns and comments. He diagnosed then advised of the problem. He then did his research and quickly advised 3 options for me based on repair, cost, and type of product. My wife and I discussed the options with him and we decided for the most expensive, but comprehensive, option. He got it done during the hour he said he would. The transaction was easy and we 'elbow bumped' and laughed about it. We love our door opener which is so quiet that we have to actually listen to make sure it's opening and closing! We have used Precision before since moving back to Tampa for various garage door issues. They sold us a belt opening 7 years ago that made our door so quiet when opening and closing. We were extremely happy. But, 4 days ago the door began to make loud, creaking noises when opening and closing. Called them, service guy, Keng, actually called because who could actually come earlier than scheduled, which was great. Keng was friendly, caring, and did everything to solve the problem. My springs were definitely going bad, but the main problem was the recent paint job on my house causing the issue on the garage door. I was very happy with the service and highly recommend them for all garage door issues.

I reported the problem last night on the website, received a scheduling call at 8am this morning, and the work was completed by 1PM this afternoon. Bryan came out and was able to take care of our problem. Professional polite and courteous throughout the process. Quoted a reasonable price to replace our 20 year old motor and assembly, and carefully explained all of the features of the new system. Very satisfied with the overall experience.

I wanted to get a preventative maintenance on my garage door since I hadn’t had one since I had purchased the property over 4 yrs ago. I actually just went with the company since they had a sticker on my garage door. Apparently, the previous owner had used them in the past. Noah was my technician. He was prompt, courteous and patient, especially when answering all of my questions. It turned out the spring was starting to wear out. He gave me some options. I didn’t feel pressured at all when it came time to decide on moving forward. Overall, great professional service! Will definitely use their services again in the future.

My garage door was sounding funny, I looked up at the springs and they were broken. I called this morning and I was told they would have someone here between 4pm and 8pm.
