Regarding more confidence when selecting Precision was primarily the 2017 Hillsborough County Five Star rated Homeowner Referral Guide book in which your firm and another firm were rated best in Tampa, then the convenience of the 24/7 service, weekend appointments , etc. rounded everything for us. In regard to your service we were having some malfunctions with the garage door, your technician properly diagnose the problem and fix it while he was here. Finally he only charged for the visit at a rate much lower than other companies. I can honestly tell you that from now on, if any other problem may arise I will for sure call your company

Although the late hour, Jeffrey worked diligently & effectively to get the job done. Only problem is he didn't know how to set up the new MyQ panel for automatic closure, etc. We'll now need to refer to the manual I saved to figure out how to do this!
