Used your company based on reviews. Work fine but wonder if service man receives commission on repairs made. Trying to tell me 3 month old springs not good. Put in by another company. Your company replaced the motor, all wheels and adjusted after springs done also 3 months ago. Since I didn’t watch everything done not sure if I’ll now have spring issues again based on how he kept saying springs failed the test he did. He also put this in the report and I feel it may be so he can say yes the springs were bad even though new. This was a repeat service to adjust his work done 3 months ago when the motor was replaced. If springs fail soon I will question why.

5 Stars. I called Precision Door, because my garage door sounded like it was breaking apart every time it opened and closed. I was convinced it was broken, and some garage door salesman/tech was going to make me pay an arm and a leg for a new garage door. Bob and Spencer, my techs, arrived, and quickly reassured me my door was in good shape but just needed some servicing. I only spent $150, and my garage door now sounds like new, including an extra remote I needed. Service level was absolutely amazing, and I will never use anyone else for my garage door needs.
