Zachery Harrison did a super job. He explained everything in detail and showed me all the worn parts. He was very polite and careful. My Corvette was stuck in the garage because the spring broke and he made sure that nothing touched it. He worked really efficiently and never complained about the unbearable heat in the garage. My garage door is now quiet thanks to new bearings and wheels in addition to the new springs. I am grateful to be able to get out of the garage without having to wait days for the repair to be done. Having it fixed the day I called is wonderful.

Brian came out and was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. In fact, he just reset the motor and didn’t see any other issues. He even reset the outdoor button and clicker with a new password. I’m upset about what the tech sent out to my house and charged me $160.00 for 2 simple garage openers. I was told it would cost $39.95 each and I bought 2. The tech double charged me.This was a shock to me. I would like to know why I was overcharged and I would like a refund of $80. This is out ravenous and I will not call for additional service again unless I’m compensated. In Sept 2019, I believe I had work done that was quite expensive too. Springs etc for a 7 year guarantee. From the very beginning setting the appointment was fast and easy,. The young lady was super kind and was able to get someone to me quickly. I received an email advising me that Jordan Tompson would be my service tech. He showed up early with a 15 min phone call to let me know he was close. He was very kind and professional. He was extremely knowledgeable and what I loved most HONEST. With everything going on and some unexpected expenses I was not able to get the services we need done today. He calmed my nerves by honestly advising me that I had some time before I had to get the work done. You can't imagine how much that helped us.
