Precision was highly recommended by friends; Tech Jared arrived promptly, was courteous, professional and respectful of my home, as he diagnosed the issue, then explained what was required to get my garage door back to working order. Jared was very efficient and pleasant in carrying out the needed repairs and I was 100% satisfied with the services provided.

Called for a check on a rattling of the chain I didn’t recall being there on the install 18 months ago. The tech assured me it was normal, but checked it out anyway. He was kind and efficient. Explained that if I was not liking the rattle, there was a belt option. Gave me an estimate and no pressure to have it done. Maybe in the new year. Called ahead and was on time.

One roller on each side had come off the track. Tech evaluated the situation. Either I could replace the tracks (twice as expensive) or add more brackets (less expensive) so that the tracks no longer flex. Also bend in the tracks to ensure rollers can't slip out. This fix is ok for the old garage door. It's still pricey with my military discount, but I trust Precision's work so it's worth it.

I was beyond impressed with the customer service and work completed today. Aidan took the time to explain why parts needed to be replaced and the costs involved. After he completed the work, he made sure to show me what was done, explain how the sensors and new key pad work, and ask if I had any questions. He was friendly, professional and delivered excellent service with a smile - leaving nothing for me to clean up. He is a true asset to Precision.

Very professional service provider. I had my door springs replaced by them earlier in the year. After some time, I noticed my door was slamming harder than usual. I called up Precision and they sent a technician the same day. He did an inspection and adjusted the springs and motor. This all fell under warranty, which was a pleasant surprise.
