I had Precision make a service call because my remote was not working. Brian worked his magic and it is now as he said, temporarily working. The garage opener and springs and rollers were given a cleaning and I am now praying that the remote and opener will continue to work for another 30 years, or at least, in my lifetime!!!{i am 80}

Today, my service tech was Brian Harmon. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to look at my garage and right away told me what is needed and how it would be fixed... I wasn't too happy about the diagnosis... buying a new garage door... but i knew it was the outcome. What else I didn't want to hear was how long it would take to get it done... as well as how much (ouch)! Thank you Brian for doing what you could and making sure the next techs coming out would know what is expected on their return.. Looking forward to seeing a brand new door!

To be perfectly honest, my intention was to call Overhead Doors. I googled them to get their phone number. The first name that appeared was Precision Overhead Doors. I thought Overhead was bought out or changed their name. In any case, I was extremely satisfied with the work done by Chris. He was very patient as I was running late because my phone was off. We finally spoke and I rushed home for the appointment. Chris was knowledgeable, very pleasant, and didn't leave a mess. Thank you for your service.

I called this morning because a rat chewed up part of my rubber at the bottom of my garage door. Brian came out around 1 which is the fastest service I've ever had for any repair of any kind! He was meticulous in his work and had the nicest personality! He was very good at his work. My previous Precision man is now a manager so I couldn't get him! I was worried but Brian was really great! The technician introduced himself to us on arrival pleasant personality asked us what can he do for us when he was told the problem he came inside evaluated the situation told and show us what the problems were gave us all the different options and cost for us to decide which one suits our budget, when we decided he got all his equipment and started the job ,we then decided we wanted to upgrade to a longer year warranty he changed without any problem that is what we call courtesy and flexibility. From start to finish, working with Precision to get a new garage door selected, ordered and installed was a great experience. Melanie M was a fantastic sales person -- and found us the exact door we wanted, in a very timely manner. She was very thorough, gave us samples and answered all our questions and concerns. Very, professional, friendly and easy to work with. Nick and his crew installed it today. Called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Took out the old garage door, put in the new -- all in about 3.5 hours. Explained the door operation, the required maintenance, we set the keypad code. He was extremely friendly, professional and thorough. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Precision Garage Doors, they are clearly very well led and well managed.
