I have used Precision in the past for garage door maintenance and always was fully satisfied with technicians' service. Yesterday Stefan came to solve a problem we had with using remotes to open and close the door. He checked everything out, told me what caused the problem, showed me options for repair, and after I chose what I wanted, he took care of the problem. He then showed me features of the new motor and new remotes. I give Stefan an A+ for his work.

Chris called before he arrived, and was a few minutes early. He introduced himself and was very pleasant the entire time he was here.
