Thank you for taking the stress off me , when out of the blue my garage door started acting crazy after a lightning strike Sunday evening. I didn't know what to do after YouTube university didn't solve my problem. I googled garage door repair & Precision was the first company that popped up, so glad i was able to set an appointment for 8-12 Monday morning. I called this afternoon for a service call and was told a serviceman would be out around 4 or 8 pm, Corbin Stilwell was here at 4:00 and after checking the door rollers, door tracks, door binding, he determined it was the door belt carriage that was binding on the carriage track. So greatly pleased to repair this door.
