I was pleased with his entire effort from beginning to end. He replaced the springs and all other moving parts and all was done in a highly satisfactory manner. If I ever have garage door issues again you can be sure I will call you.

Your comment form does not allow me to put John who was my technician. Also I purchased new springs along with rollers and 3 new garage door remote openers. John was very efficient and a real help in his suggestion about the need for new rollers. It was a p;easure to obtain the remotes programmed right on site through Percision. Also the ability to pay for the products and work done with my credit card. Great Service!! Plan on puarchasing a Liftmaster Garage Opeener in a few weeks. Thanks. Forrest
