The customer service representative was very courteous and understood my problem very well. She indicated that I could expect to see a service person the next day (less than twenty-four hours after the call). The service man, John, quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired the minor issue and did a routine examination to be sure that nothing else was about to malfunction. GREAT JOB JOHN... I would recommend Precision to anyone else who has a garage door problem.

The guys were excellent. They explained the issues with the door opener chain and suggested several options to correct the problem. I elected to replace the construction installed unit with a better one. Also, they identified the need to replace the rubber strip under the door to aleviate the gap. They were very professional and at no time did they pressure me to purchase the replacement unit. I would recommend this company with no hesitation.
