Excellent tune up and replacement of my garage door rail and chain driven to a belt driven system because the gear broke on my chain driven system this morning. Jimmy Johnson was my technician and he was excellent to work with and thoroughly explained how to maintain my garage door by lubricating it on a regular basis.

The worst experiencetrying to replace a broken spring on my garage door. A technician named Craig Earle showed up and after he inspected the garage door he gave me an estimate on everything that he thought was wrong with my garage door. The price he quoted me was $2400 . When I said I only need the springs replaced for now to get the garage working, he said it will cost me $460 per spring for a total $1040 with labor. While he was still in my living room I made a quick call to Local Garage Door Services Inc. and they gave me a quote for $299. Quite the difference in the pricing. Craig was a crook who tries to take advantage of people. I would never recommend Precision to anybody. Please shop around before you do business with this company they are a bunch of crooks with no work ethics.

The tech was able to respond within 3 hours . No other company could respond for another day or two. The other companies were twice as much for a service call . My wiring was reattached from a previous company that did a poor job and replaced a non working remote. The work was finished within 30 minutes. This is the only company I will ever use .
