One of the best services I have used. Very professional and explain the job at hand, what it needs done. One thing that really impressed me is that they don't cut corners! When they found that the door was very slightly off balance rather than tweak it a bit to work for a few months, they changed both springs and to get perfect balance. Our door with opener would not go down on our VERY old (maybe 25 years?) garage door. A service person arrived shortly after I called (seriously, about 15 minutes). He was professional in every respect, and as he started working on the door and opener, it turned out to be quite a job. He explained every detail of what was necessary and why, just so we understood the expense, and was here for nearly four hours. He installed a new opener and revamped the garage door itself. We’re quite happy with the work that was done and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Precision.
