Our door with opener would not go down on our VERY old (maybe 25 years?) garage door. A service person arrived shortly after I called (seriously, about 15 minutes). He was professional in every respect, and as he started working on the door and opener, it turned out to be quite a job. He explained every detail of what was necessary and why, just so we understood the expense, and was here for nearly four hours. He installed a new opener and revamped the garage door itself. We’re quite happy with the work that was done and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Precision.

Christian called about 15 minutes later and said he would be here in about 20 minutes. When he got here he explained what needed to be done. Within an hour he had completed the repairs.
