My garage door had a sudden spring brake. I called Precision about three o'clock and was told someone could come between 6 pm to 10 pm. Jeremy Rozzi (sp) arrived hours before I expected. He examined the brake and explained what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. I was happy to have it fixed before dark. Jeremy was pleasant and knowledgable. Thank you

It us unusual to say that i am never disappointed with a service company but i am never disappointed with Precision Garage Door. They communicate when they are going to arrive, arrive when they say they will, give a quote, and then do exactly what they say they are going to do to fix the issue. Yesterday at about 3pm the springs on our garage door broke. I called Precision and they told me they could have their tech Christian here between 4-8pm. Christian called about 15 minutes later and said he would be here in about 20 minutes. When he got here he explained what needed to be done. Within an hour he had completed the repairs. Chris Pinnegar came in, introduced himself and then got to work. He told me what the general problem was but he also told me how he was going to diagnose in detail to find the best solution. a simple stripped wire was causing my garage door not to close. after showing me the wires, he replaced them and then tested the door… Perfect. But this is when he really impressed me. He went back to his truck got his drill and tightened every single bolt on the door, some of which were incredibly loose. He tested the door again and told me I was set. I told him this was one of the best experiences I had with a repair company. I shouldn't be surprised the last time these guys came out four years ago it was an amazing experience that made me call them back this time. oh by the way the price was below what I expected and a fraction of what it was worth. Kudos.
