It was quick and easy to especially since it was Sunday morning when the spring broke. Had two cars stuck in the garage when it broke the repair person worked around that problem with no damage to either car. He was friendly and courteous while here and took about 2.5 to complete. The first time was a year ago after our garage door is been working for 21 years with no problems and you guys was very honest and tell us what was to be done I am so happy with your services. I called late Friday afternoon after several attempts to get my automatic garage door opener to close. I was told that Precision could have someone out on Saturday, and Jordan arrived promptly at the start of the quoted time frame. He was absolutely delightful, knowledgeable and was able to replace my garage door opener on the spot as he estimated it was 10 years old ( and he was spot on) as well as underpowered for the weight of the door.

The work was done well, the tech was very nice, but we were absolutely overcharged after calling around today to see what other local companies charge. Over $1,000 to replace springs and cables.. hundreds more than other companies!! And the first “option” to replace products that didn’t need to be replaced yet, was $2k! We needed the work done asap, otherwise would have called around for other estimates first… would not recommend this company now- we definitely got ripped off.
