Our 15+ year old garage door opener had been failing intermittently and I asked John P to give me options for repair/replace; he evaluated the entire door system, not just the lift, and gave me several options - we chose to replace the opener and all the rollers and we couldn't be happier - the door no longer shudders and shakes, and the new belt drive is basically SILENT - WOW! What a difference!

paying 1300. for door opener repair one day after Christmas was not something I was looking forward to but my previous door repair people had apparently done me no favors and when I called them they said they didn,t know me. chris gave me several choices and proceeded to do an excellent job fixing my problem. One of the springs broke, at 8pm Tues Nov 20, 2 days prior to Thanksgiving. Precision Garage door, came this next morning at about 0930 am. Quick response. The tech showed me many price numbers? on a 8 1/2 X 11 note pad. By the time the tech finished the job ( 2) both springs replaced and also bearing replaced. I was a little shock on the repair cost $ 880.00. I paid via credit card on the tech's credit card machine. I have yet to be given a detail or any invoice receipt? I would really like to receive a detailed paid invoice! I have absolutely no ideal how much they charged for these repaired items?
