We have been using Precision Garage Door Service for several years. We have always been happy with their service and their friendly staff. Mike came to our house today to fix our door as our spring broke. He was very professional as well as super nice. He fixed our door in no time flat and got our door working back to new. We are so happy with Precision and definitely would call them in the future as needed.

My wife and I own 10 houses and have used your services on multiple occasions. The people sent out seem to be very knowledgeable and professional. A courtesy call is always made by the Service Tech to let you know they are on their way and give you an ETA, and we find that quite helpful since we don't live at each location. During our last service the Tech came up with multiple options to solve our problem and we chose which way to go. We are very happy with the service we have received and will continue to use your services in the future.

Noah came out and knew exactly what was wrong with my garage door. He explained everything to me and even showed me how to open and close the door as it needed a little TLC because of the age. He was fantastic all the way around and I really appreciate all that he did.

On 31 May 2022 I attempted to leave for work and realized my garage door would not open. I looked up and saw that the handle had broken away from the door and I had to manually open the door to get my car out. I called Precision (I've used them in the past ) and was booked for a next day appt. As stated the tech (Daron) called ahead and arrived during the booked time. He did a thorough examination of my garage subsequently giving a detailed explanation of what happened. He provided me with three with 3 different options (explaining each) allowing me to determine what was best for me now and in the future. He even pointed out that his company has a policy of making payments in 3 equal installments (equivalent to 90 days same as cash) with no hits against your credit. He made the repairs within an hours time and my garage door is back to functioning properly with a SILENT opening and closing. Even though I rendered payment in full it was nice to know I had an option. If your looking for an honest, dependable company with exceptional service, I recommend using Precision. Carolyn L. My garage remote was not working. Austin Orton came out at the time expected .He was very courteous and professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. He replaced the wall remote and everything worked fine. He also serviced all the hinges, spring and rollers. All was done in a very short time. I also appreciate the same day service!

Totally dissatisfied with technician who came. I asked for a written estimate and it was hand written on a notebook piece of paper and left with my nephew. Most shocking was the estimate of it being over $2,700.00 another company was called and it was fixed immediately for $129.00

SOOOO HAPPY ! ! ! Our service technician (Arnold) arrived ON TIME and was very knowledgeable and professional. Even though the broken spring was obvious, he inspected the door and advised of possible problems we were not aware of. No high pressure but since it had been 20 years since the door was last repaired there were issues that need to be addressed. Arnold did the agreed upon repairs, he even had all of the necessary parts on his truck, none of this I'll pick up the parts and be back tomorrow! Very happy with Arnold and Precision. Will definitely be my first call for any repair in the future.

Precision Doors was able to fit me into the tech’s schedule late on the same day, which I was not expecting. Then, they sent one of their best techs that actually installed 5 doors for me, 13 years prior to today. Jimmy Johnson is the fastest, most accurate, safest, and courteous technician you could ask for. He immediately found the problem with my door being the torsion spring and he had it, 10 side rollers, both side cables and pullies replaced, and the entire door system lubricated in a little over 45 minutes. Now it lifts and lowers smoothly and quietly again. Thanks Precision Doors !
