When our garage door didn't open this morning we made no hesitation in calling Precusion. When the technician arrived we were happy to see it was the same tech we had before, Tim Vaughn. He rembered us and it made us feel comfortable. He showed us the damage and went over the repair costs and warranty. Adam was amazing. He assessed the garage doors and what I was hoping to have repaired or installed and took care of everything masterfully. I am confident my garage doors will perform much better and be more efficient. An added bonus from Adam was reprogramming my garage door openers to work from my car without needed to use the remote control device! I could only check one option for service performed so I chose the reason I called him but he also strengthened the lift mechanism to protect the double garage door and installed an electronic door opener for the single garage door.
