Bryan Stewart came to the rescue and was able to completely overhaul our garage door and keep in up to HOA standards. It wasn't inexpensive (that's between Precision and us) but so very much worth every penny. We can't speak highly enough about Bryan: courteous, professional, knowledgable and very proficient. Zachery Harrison did a super job. He explained everything in detail and showed me all the worn parts. He was very polite and careful. My Corvette was stuck in the garage because the spring broke and he made sure that nothing touched it. He worked really efficiently and never complained about the unbearable heat in the garage. My garage door is now quiet thanks to new bearings and wheels in addition to the new springs. I am grateful to be able to get out of the garage without having to wait days for the repair to be done. Having it fixed the day I called is wonderful.
