Great Experience. I called on a Saturday around noon about a garage door that would not open, and a technician was at my home in about an hour. The technician quickly determined there was a broken door spring (it was obvious once it was pointed out to me), and proceeded to tell me the repair options. The repair was made in about 45 minutes. the technician was friendly and professional. I would use Precision again if I have a garage door problem.

My garage door spring broke. Brian came out and went over all my options and showed me what else was in need of repair, such as bearings, wheels, etc. No high pressure sales, just good honest suggestions and options. Same day service? Hardly....Andy Peck from Precision arrived in less than half an hour!!!!! He was wonderful even though my puppy barked at him. Andy presented options before he started and I chose to purchase new rollers and a bottom seal in addition to the absolutely necessary springs. Andy fixed our door and even swept the leaves out of the garage while he was cleaning up. It's amazing how quiet the door works now. Great Job, Andy!!! Keep up the precision work Precision!!!
