From start to finish, working with Precision to get a new garage door selected, ordered and installed was a great experience. Melanie M was a fantastic sales person -- and found us the exact door we wanted, in a very timely manner. She was very thorough, gave us samples and answered all our questions and concerns. Very, professional, friendly and easy to work with. Nick and his crew installed it today. Called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Took out the old garage door, put in the new -- all in about 3.5 hours. Explained the door operation, the required maintenance, we set the keypad code. He was extremely friendly, professional and thorough. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Precision Garage Doors, they are clearly very well led and well managed.

Our 6 year old garage door opener would open the door by itself. At first, we thought we did something wrong, however, we both witnessed it doing this after we disengaged it. We called Precision door and Austin Orton, our technician arrived within a few hours. He checked everything out and recommended we change the circuit board. The price was fair and decided to proceed. This is the 2nd time we’ve used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and both times the work accomplished was EXCELLENT. The first time was in 2013. 8 years later, we called upon them again. The parts (main spring) they use are of high quality as seen by how long they last. With 3 kids driving, the garage door is used a lot. Chris W. arrived ahead of schedule and in minutes identified the problem. He discussed my options (no pressure sales) and when I agreed on the price, he replaced the springs within 45 min.
