One roller on each side had come off the track. Tech evaluated the situation. Either I could replace the tracks (twice as expensive) or add more brackets (less expensive) so that the tracks no longer flex. Also bend in the tracks to ensure rollers can't slip out. This fix is ok for the old garage door. It's still pricey with my military discount, but I trust Precision's work so it's worth it.

I was beyond impressed with the customer service and work completed today. Aidan took the time to explain why parts needed to be replaced and the costs involved. Very professional service provider. I had my door springs replaced by them earlier in the year. After some time, I noticed my door was slamming harder than usual. I called up Precision and they sent a technician the same day. He did an inspection and adjusted the springs and motor. This all fell under warranty, which was a pleasant surprise.

Precision serviced us previously so we decided to try them again. They arrived on time, calling prior to arrival. The problems were discussed, a cost and time estimate was given and they got to work. They completed the work in a timely manner and cost was as estimated. We were given the option of paying by check or credit card. Everything seems to be working as promised. One more thing, John was very nice which was an added bonus.
