Precision serviced us previously so we decided to try them again. They arrived on time, calling prior to arrival. The problems were discussed, a cost and time estimate was given and they got to work. They completed the work in a timely manner and cost was as estimated. We were given the option of paying by check or credit card. Everything seems to be working as promised. One more thing, John was very nice which was an added bonus.

We had a minor repair with the brackets that control the manual lock from the handle of the door. Baylor replaced the bolts and inspected all components of the door and opener. He was helpful in explaining what had gone wrong and prompt to fix it. He was also very friendly and courteous and it was a pleasure to meet him. Minimal cost, excellent service as always, and we would definitely continue to call Precision in the future.
