Luke Rose was my tech. Mr. Rose is the perfect example of customer service the way it should be. He patiently listened as I described my issue along with asking questions concerning things I hadn't mentioned. He thoroughly checked the door operation then recommended hinge replacement which eliminated the problem. This saved me hundreds of dollars. Mr. Rose is not only a knowledgeable asset to your business but an excellent customer service representative.

He told us what he had and fixed it in a few minutes. I asked him how much it cost and he said, "You are still under warranty, have a nice night". Wonderful technician. Mom had them out to fix her garage door in 2019 and they left their calling card on the inside of the door. So I called them. They were able to find her record and verified the address and phone and said they could send someone out to fix it that afternoon! They said between 4 and 8 and he was here at 6. He was able to fix the one thing that still wasn't working and gave a good explanation why the other thing might not have worked earlier. He showed a work around if it happens again and showed me how to fix the other problem if it recurs. I will definitely make sure we keep that calling card!
