I couldn’t leave my house because the garage door wouldn’t stay closed. I called Precision, and they had a technician out in two hours. Mike was great! He repaired my garage door (he had to do custom work because of the size), in one hour and I was able to make the trip I had planned. So happy with the quick response and the work done!

My technician (Cameron) was great. I was given all the cost options with no pressure to up-sell unlike other companies I have delt with. signed BUC Guy (I think a Spectrum ad convinced me to call you,)

I contacted for the first time Precision regarding garage door problems and tech Christopher Enlow came out to my house and evaluated the problem with my garage door malfunction and gave me some options, short term fix or long-term fix. His knowledge and professionalism assisted me in my decision to go with the long term-fix. The main reason I went will the long-term fix is that Christopher explained his safety concerns and that waiting would only exacerbate the problem. I'm elated with the work Precision preformed on my garage door, no more wondering for our family with safety and health concerns. I would recommend Precision to all who just want excellent techs to come out to your home with a premise of, there are no problems, just solutions.

This company is trying to take advantage of people by price gouging. I was quotes over 6 thousand dollars to work on my garage doors and the prices of their competitors to do the same work was around 1500 dollars. When I asked I was told they have more overhead costs and their parts are superior. I will never do business with this company.

Had a power failure last night and the garage door wouldn't open after power was restored. Called Overhead around 11:30 am the next day and a tech was here by 1:45 pm. Great turnaround time! The programming had to be redone and Mike had it working in less than 30 minutes. Was impressed by how fast he got here and that no additional products were needed. Great company.

We highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Tampa Bay. They are the best. If you need a new garage door or a door service, they are the only company that I would call. Precision Garage Door installed our garage door 11 years ago and we have not had any problems with it. When we needed information recently regarding our garage door to help us with our insurance rates, Michael Pannebaker, their garage door designer manager, came by our house and went out of his way to get us the information and the engineering specs that we needed at no charge. This is the kind of company that you want to do business with, and Michael Pannebaker is a great asset to his company.

The advertisements were all accurate... garage door wasn't operational in the morning, made an appointment online, technician showed up about 2 hours later, provided all the information I needed in clear easy to understand language, garage door was working in about an hour... The technicians were great and very professional. I'd definitely recommend.

Hello, I’ve used other garage door providers in the pass and for over 8 years I’ve used precision garage door. Skill of technicians is key for me and I’ve never been disappointed. I’ve requested David M. as my tech several times. He is the “best” both on the technical and professional side of the business. Thank you
