My garage door has been serviced by your company a few times ! I fixed the noise problem by installing new rollers! I appreciate your tech’ opinion that they are old , but I didn’t need to replace them . In fact I probably would have paid him to install new rollers, but instead I paid him to write me an estimate! Go figure, he was a nice young man but he didn’t make me aware of all my options. I found them on the internet,for free!

Just like the commercial. Wife’s car was locked in garage with a broken spring. Called sent a tech out with a 4 hour window. Showed up in 15 minutes fixed within an hour. Sean the tech was great

Needed my Logi board replaced. Precision came out within a few hours and had the problem resolved. Dillon did a great job and was very professional. He also reprogrammed the remotes and both vehicles to have access to the Garage. I will definitely use Precision in the future if I have any other issues.

We have had Precision work on our garage door before. Their technicians always solve the problem quickly, arrive within the time window given, and are very courteous. Alex did a great job today on fixing our garage door. He also gave some helpful tips going forward to prolong the life of our somewhat older wooden garage door.
