Precision came within 2 hours of my call. Assessed the issues and came back the next morning to install custom sized springs which they made in the morning along with all the other parts, a new opener and overhead light. Orion was a delight to work with. He was there all day and before he left he programmed everything including the button in my car. Exceptional service from Precision. Thank you

Upsale performed on original repair requested. Agreed upon evaluation, however my original upgraded springs were unnecessarily removed and replaced with standard springs. Was charged $360 EACH !!! Retailed online around $100. Overcharged on parts on all items!!!
