When the technician arrived, Nelson was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He carefully showed me the problem with my old garage door opener and explained all my options without any pressure or pushiness. Because of his honest and clear approach, I decided to go ahead and get two new garage door openers installed. He worked efficiently — it didn’t take long at all for him to have both new openers installed, fully set up with all the accessories, and even programmed my car’s built-in openers. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish, and I was truly impressed by the professionalism and quality of the work.
