We woke up in the morning to our garage door not opening. I was able to schedule a same day appt online at 7:30am, and the technician was at my house by 10:30/11am. The technician was very professional and had it fixed within 2 hours. My favorite part was that the company texted me a picture of who my technician was prior to him arriving, which allowed me to know who I was looking for.
