Wow !!! Very professional from the very beginning. Fast response and prompt service. Travis came out and identified all of the issues and was very transparent on all of the issues. Travis was willing to do the job last night at 6 pm but i had other obligations, in which he told me another tech would be doing the service the next day as he was going out of town. Dillon called me at 3:15 pm as said he was ahead of schedule and could he come before the 4pm appointment. I told him to go ahead and we are ready. Also i told him the driveway was clear and pull all the way up to the garage. Well , I’m gonna say this. This company is very professional via communication email, text, phone calls and service. Quality is more important to me than Quantity and you get what you pay for … Precision garage door services are exactly as the name of the company 1st class and phenomenal service to someone in need of their garage door service.

Alex came to my home to fix my garage door. He put new locks on my door which was better than the original lock. He demonstrated how to lock and unlock the door. He oiled the rollers and reset the onfra red sensors. He was personable and knowledgeable. I am very, very, pleased.

I know several people who have used Precision Garage Door Service of Tampa in the past. They all spoke very highly of their service. So, when we had an emergency with our garage door I thought I would try Precision. I couldn't be happier. Our technician (shout out to Travis) was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did he resolve our issue, but he made suggestions (with no pressure) to maintain our 25 year old garage doors. Since Precision was having a special on roller replacement we took advantage of it. Now, like Travis guaranteed, our garage doors operate quietly and no longer sound like they are 25 years old.
