Called Precision on Monday night they were super responsive, had a tech out the next day to replace a broken spring. I felt bad for Michael because both vehicles were in the garage and we couldn’t get them moved out until the spring was replaced. He worked in tight quarters and took care not to damage our vehicles. Thoroughly explained everything and the importance. Great job, would highly recommend!

Dejesus arrived within time schedule - professional, knowledgeable. Once arriving, he assessed our garage door and listened to our issues. Prior to starting work we were given a detailed breakdown of expected expenses. Then straight to work. It is amazing how much quieter the door is. Dejesus cleaned up nicely and off to the next job. This company is like many others in that they work on garage doors, install new, repair doors and other services. However Precision Garage Door is different in the sense that their service is quality. They are punctual, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about answering any questions and providing service with a quality that is better than their competitors. Dominic (spelling I’m not sure is right, sorry) was very personable and friendly, and provided exactly what we needed for our repair. Thank you Precision Garage Door.
