I am very glad to say that the assistance I received from the schedulers, Lisa and Stephanie, to the technician, Colton, was more than enough for me to give approval for the installation of a damaged 1/2 hp garage door opener and its accessories. The appointment was the very next day from my initial telephone call. The complete installation and removal of all old material took about an hour. If I did not provide an extremely positive rating I would be remiss! I definitely highly recommend this company!

I wish I could give a five star review. But the cost of repairs was higher than average. Scheduling an appointment on the website was so easy. I selected the next available time-slot and the response was almost immediate. I received a call and was told an available technician was in the area and within minutes Luis texted me to say he was in his way. Luis was very courteous and knowledgeable. Using a template, he explained the repairs and costs in great detail. I was able to select the repairs within my budget with ease. It took Luis less than an hour to get my garage door working again. Thank you Luis! I would recommend Precision Garage Door to my friends and family!

Louis was excellent, diagnosed my problem in 5 minutes and fixed it in 2 minutes. Checked my door and recommended some minor repairs, replacing old roller bearings.
