My garage door stopped working this afternoon. Next I called precision and talk to him their customer service reps and was able to get a time today. My technician was able to let me know when he was 15 minutes once he gave me an assessment of my situation priced out two different quotes with warranties. Once given the OK my technician, his name is Logan professionally started and completed the task in 90 minutes. He explained thoroughly though start up through Wi-Fi gave us our remotes for the cars walk us through the app and how it works the whole process was seamless. Thank you. The technicians were very professional and did an outstanding job. 5-stars to the two gentlemen who did the work. However, the price to replace two Torsion springs, three bearings and two hinges was, in my opinion, unreasonably high at $1248. Otherwise, they did a great job!

Called looking for late night repairs and was unfortunately not successful at getting repairs completed at that time however did make an appointment for the following evening when we met John. We are very pleased with the service we received from Precision. Luke was very friendly and professional. He got our springs replaced and installed our other items needed in a neat and timely manner. He even went above and beyond to tidy up some wiring and other things my husband had not gotten back to after recently installing a garage door opener. He also pointed out a bracket on the new garage opener that was rubbing the garage door and said he’d like to fix that for us too. We would highly recommend them.
