We had a spring break. I called at 6:30am Saturday morning 11/30 and Precision had a tech at our home by 9:00am We ended up getting a full garage moving parts replacement, what we had was very old and worn. I am most please with the work that was completed today by Jimmy Johnson. He arrived ahead of schedule and worked until he completed everything. He installed two new motors, springs, gaskets on bottom of both doors; and other accessories. His work was excellent and explained what he was doing. He went beyond customer service.
