SOOOO HAPPY ! ! ! Our service technician (Arnold) arrived ON TIME and was very knowledgeable and professional. Even though the broken spring was obvious, he inspected the door and advised of possible problems we were not aware of. No high pressure but since it had been 20 years since the door was last repaired there were issues that need to be addressed. Arnold did the agreed upon repairs, he even had all of the necessary parts on his truck, none of this I'll pick up the parts and be back tomorrow! Very happy with Arnold and Precision. Will definitely be my first call for any repair in the future.

Precision Doors was able to fit me into the tech’s schedule late on the same day, which I was not expecting. Then, they sent one of their best techs that actually installed 5 doors for me, 13 years prior to today. Jimmy Johnson is the fastest, most accurate, safest, and courteous technician you could ask for. He immediately found the problem with my door being the torsion spring and he had it, 10 side rollers, both side cables and pullies replaced, and the entire door system lubricated in a little over 45 minutes. Now it lifts and lowers smoothly and quietly again. Thanks Precision Doors !

I have used Precision in the past and knew I could count on them again to perform service on my Garage Door when my Torsion Spring snapped. I had them replace both L and R and they were done in under 2 hours. I was a little skeptical on prices most recently so I had a few estimates performed. Precision was right in the price range of the competition estimates I received.
