I have had precision come out once on the day after Christmas when my spring broke on my garage door they did a great repair on that and they replaced the metal rollers so the door has never been quieter. Fast forward to January when I started to have some issues with the garage door opener. I chose not to replace that when they were out in December, but apparently that also started going they were out today. Great technician replaced the garage door opener.

He called just after 8:00 AM to let me know he was on his way, a simple courtesy that already set a professional tone for the visit. He arrived promptly, greeted me respectfully, and got right to work assessing the issue with my garage door spring. As we reviewed the problem together, Mr. Lombay pointed out a few additional concerns, taking the time to show me each one clearly. When our garage door wouldn’t close, I called the main service number and Jesus DiMasse was at our house within 15 minutes. He was extremely sweet, very polite and respectful, and clearly knowledgeable. The issue turned out to be a simple fix and, since it was under warranty, there was no service charge at all. As usual, I had a world class experience with Precision Garage Door Service of Tampa. Late last night my door springs broke (we use our garage door MULTIPLE times a day) and the customer service agent was attentive, professional and efficient. Today, dust thing in the morning, the technician, Sean W., was at my house, and was equally as professional, friendly and efficient as the Customer Service agent I had spoken to last night. He evaluated the situation and within 30 minutes had replaced the broken parts and left the door operating even better than it did when we bought the house. No matter what, I will continue to go back to this company!

When we had a keypad problem outside our garage, I called customer service and they immediately made an appointment for us the same day and replaced it for no additional charge. Far exceeded expectations, especially given I had an issue on a Sunday! Had this company install a new overhead garage door opening system in May of 2025. Had multiple errors today (closing and opening force), I couldn’t trouble shoot so called for support. Sent out a rep (Josue) who arrived ahead of scheduled time, determined it was a product issue, and replace the entire system right on the spot -(was covered by 3 year warranty). I went into this thinking it would be stressful but was easiest thing I’ve had to deal with. Great service, work, and customer service.
