Called for service at 2 pm on a Friday afternoon. Technician arrived at 4 pm, quoted suggested repairs and the implemented them (new rollers, cables, springs & bearings on a 24 year old door). Mom had them out to fix her garage door in 2019 and they left their calling card on the inside of the door. So I called them. They were able to find her record and verified the address and phone and said they could send someone out to fix it that afternoon! They said between 4 and 8 and he was here at 6. He was able to fix the one thing that still wasn't working and gave a good explanation why the other thing might not have worked earlier. He showed a work around if it happens again and showed me how to fix the other problem if it recurs. I will definitely make sure we keep that calling card!
