Ryan was a wonderful technician - he explained what he was doing as he inspected the door and he installed a new rubber sealer on the bottom of the door. He made sure it fit all areas and was totally without gaps. The couple of places where the door had gaps were totally sealed by the time Ryan finished. He adjusted my auto opener and replaced the lightbulb. I would totally recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door repair.
