When our old door broke, we called and Jimmy was there that same day. Our new door was installed and working the same day. We have recommended Precision to many neighbors and given out business cards. Impressed with professionalism and respect to customers. Highly recommend.

My garage door was in need of repair on a Saturday. I contacted Precision garage door at 10:00 in the morning and had a service tech scheduled for the same day, with no overtime or weekend service charge. Chris came out and repaired my door by 7 that night. Great service. Great technician and would highly recommend their service to anyone. Thank you Precision Garage Door for a job well done.

Chris called before he arrived, and was a few minutes early. He introduced himself and was very pleasant the entire time he was here. He explained what was wrong, (defective motor, 15 years old).Chris went on to explain the different types of motors available. He also brought to our attention it would take about one hour. Chris is very personable, and professional. "Precision Garage Door Service '' should be very happy to have an employee such as Chris. We will tell our friends and neighbors about how well things went, what a great company you are and how employees like Chris.make your company great. In the future we will continue to use "Precision Garage Door Service '' .

I was given several options to correct a broken spring and an under powered opener. James let me chose the solution fro the options and I couldn’t be happier with a super quiet Genie belt drive.

James Long was our service tech. He did a great job. Efficient, professional and knowledgeable. Everything was cleaned up and good as new when he left. We had our old door serviced and renewed, got a new spring and new door opener system. We called yesterday and were all fixed up 24 hours later.

the garage door was making lots of noise and the chain was sagging more than I thought it should be along with the weather strip was not long enough so I called. The office gave quotes, made appointment for the next day. Your service man, Travis was polite, considerate and a gentleman. I couldn't have had a better worker come to my house. I had a new motor works installed in 2016. work was done well then and timely also. This year I had a spring break. Noah came on time and took care of the problem. I now have two new springs that I hope will last until I'm about 80 or older.
