Chris called before he arrived, and was a few minutes early. He introduced himself and was very pleasant the entire time he was here. He explained what was wrong, (defective motor, 15 years old).Chris went on to explain the different types of motors available. He also brought to our attention it would take about one hour. James Long was our service tech. He did a great job. Efficient, professional and knowledgeable. Everything was cleaned up and good as new when he left. We had our old door serviced and renewed, got a new spring and new door opener system. We called yesterday and were all fixed up 24 hours later.

really didn't expect same day service and it was so hot. jimmy did a great job and explained everything as he was doing it. He had all the parts right there in his truck.
