With a speedy response time to my call, Service Technician Robert Trotter assessed issue (garage door opener motor was running but door would not open) and he determined cause for malfunction. He offered options of a repair - or replace and clearly explained the choices of each option and cost. I chose a new opener rather than fixing the older broken unit. Robert did an excellent job and I am back in business. Precision will always get my vote!

You do good work when here. But, I called on Thursday I believe ask if someone could come out Friday. Was told Sat. Told her we had people coming to work on floor Friday, Was told earliest would be Monday. Ask, about 24/7 earliest was Monday. We tried to close the door ourselves Friday afternoonand my husband got fingers caught in slats in ER he has nine stitches in finger and bruised the rest.
