Ben Elliott was the technician that made the repairs to my 16' door. I called the 24 hour service center on a Sunday afternoon and they dispatched Ben. He arrived when he said he would, he was very professional in his appearance and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this tech and the company he represents.

Saw one of your trucks around the corner putting up a new door. Your tech did an excellent job, testing the doors opening and closing, oiling and checking all the wheels in the side chambers, and adjusting the opening and closing of the door. Probably one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with a service company
