Ben Elliott was the technician that made the repairs to my 16' door. I called the 24 hour service center on a Sunday afternoon and they dispatched Ben. Saw one of your trucks around the corner putting up a new door. Your tech did an excellent job, testing the doors opening and closing, oiling and checking all the wheels in the side chambers, and adjusting the opening and closing of the door.
