Ben Elliott was the technician that made the repairs to my 16' door. I called the 24 hour service center on a Sunday afternoon and they dispatched Ben. He arrived when he said he would, he was very professional in his appearance and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this tech and the company he represents.
