We were very pleased that we received same day service. Our technician took the time to check all the parts on the garage door, not only the part we knew was broken. He made recommendations for us to improve the functionality of the door. He had the parts that he needed with him, so within about a half hour to 45 minutes our garage door was repaired. Keith arrived as scheduled and inspected the garage door. He immediately found that the boom had become unanchored from the wall attachment point due to the securing screws working loose over time. He installed a new mounting block and attached it securely to the wall and tested the door. It works perfectly now. Keith is an excellent technician and works in a very polite and professional manner. It was a pleasure having him work on the problem.

Our garage door spring was broken and we needed emergency service. Precision was able to fit us into the schedule the day we called and also bumped us up when someone cancelled. The office called to let us know someone was coming and the serviceman called also when he was on his way. The service was professionally performed and John explained everything he needed to do and the time it would take. I would not hesitate to call Precision again. Thanks!
