I had a broken spring on my door and needed it fixed that same day. Called Precision and they were at my door in a few hours. Carlos my tech was a genuine great guy. You couldn't ask for a better person to do the repairs. From the initial call to the service rep, the tech, and the timely manner of service, I highly recommend Precision.

Garage door would not open due to broken springs. Called Precision and customer service rep was wonderful. Was able to get someone here in just a few hours. Tech Andrew was very professional and courteous. Explained what needed to be done and took care of the repair. Would not think of calling anyone else!
