The gentleman who helped me was very nice but tried to sell me something I didn't need. He was hoping I would purchase a brand new door opener for $1100. However, the cheaper option was changing out the electrical board. I went with the cheaper option and it worked! I asked for 2 additional remotes which I almost fell over dead when he told me they were $150 each with programming. Really, that is a bold face rip off. Unfortunately, I will never use your company again.

I chose Precision because of the all the positive reviews i saw online. I've seen commercials but the customers reviews are where you see the satisfaction. Craig was very professional and found the problem immediately. He gave me 3 solutions for fixing the problem. He finished the job the same day, in a few hours and the door is as good as new!

Service was top notch and performed within one hour. Price seemed a bit high and a actual breakdown of parts and labor not provided, rather the parts and and total cost. Was given three options for parts and warranty. After technician left, I saw my Sunday paper had a sticker from Precision that offered $50.00 off any spring repair. I wonder if they will refund me that off what I paid??

I had a window of 10-2 but because of an emergency I had to get out of my garage earlier. They graciously accommodated me and the technician (Christian) was here about 8:30. Took him no time at all to replace all parts. I had everything replaced because parts were getting old and I wanted peace of mind. Door now opens very quietly and I have the peace of mind of a 5 year warranty. I would highly recommend them. Christian offered me several options on repairs, explaining each clearly. I didn't feel pressured and I chose to replace everything to avoid future interruptions of service. Totally happy.

I have had 3 issues with my garage door over a period of 20 years, and have called Precision every time. They are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. I have been lucky enough to have the same technician (Micky) every time. I could not ask for a more pleasant experience, under the circumstances. Hopefully the springs that were replaced and the repairs that were done will last a lifetime. Realistically, I know they won't, and I will not hesitate to call Precision when that time comes.

I had a broken spring on my 18-year-old garage door and I called Precision and they sent out Jose Rosario to make the repairs. He called first to give me his arrival time, and when he arrived he was very courteous and wearing his mask for our safety. He examined the door and let me know exactly what was wrong and what may have caused the problem. Jose was very knowledgeable about the task at hand and was very thorough with the repairs. He did an awesome job!!!

Precision originally installed my door. My painters made a mistake believing the light panel was glass. They painted over and which is normal since the dried Latex paint will peel off like a sheet. But not with the Lexan. Thanks for your assistance.
