We called Precision on a Sunday afternoon to come out and fix a broken knob on the garage door, and they sent David Crowe out the same day. He even arrived early to the appointment! David had previously worked on our garage doors when Hurricane Irma was approaching, and we were very appreciate of his courtesy and good humor. Called Precision Garage Doors last night at like 4:30 p.m. had a technician out to the house next day and had new garage door opener installed in a little more than an hour. Chris my tech was friendly straight foward and very professional. The cost was a little more than others but in my opinion certainly worth the cost. I would recommend Precision to my friends.

We needed garage door service three days following hurricane Irma. Called Wednesday for service and the service rep was at our house mid day Thursday. The rep (John) was knowledgeable, skilled, and extremely polite. He gave us choices for the repair without pushing the most expensive. Certain components I thought might need replacement were determined to be OK by the rep. All in all, a very good experience and I would recommend Precision highly.

Mike did an excellent job of providing new garage door remote openers in a very fast and efficient manner. He was very courtious and friendly, and explained everything he was doing. He reprogrammed our keypad and new remotes and everything is working great!

Christian, our Precision tech, was great! He called ahead, was friendly, listened to what problems we were having, did a thorough inspection of our equipment and then clearly explained the underlying causes to our door opening problems, that ultimately resulted in spring, bearing and wheel failure. He quickly provided us a list of recommended repairs and various cost and hardware options to choose from, all without any sales pressure other than simply providing the associated warranties for each selection. We really liked the fact that he had all necessary repair parts with him on his truck and then knocked out the work in relatively short time - considerably less than 2 hours! Needless to say, we were happy with his work. One thing to note - we chose the best parts and longer warranty options, so it wasn't totally unexpected that the overall cost was slightly higher than quotes for standard repair parts...but it can catch you off guard.
