The Sales Rep -Chris was very professional and courtesy. The Garage door was on special order and when it came it was scheduled for an installation on a Saturday. The Installers Luke and ??? were awesome. They did a great job explaining what they were going to do. They hauled away the old door, installed the new door with the new WiFi garage door opener. Luke made sure I understood the new door, the garage door opener and programmed my car as well. Great Job...….

I was impressed with the sales rep. I called about 11:15 PM. To my surprise, I was talking to a real person and not a recorder and leaving a message in hopes that someone would get back to me. So I appreciated that very much. The rep was kind and patient. It was easy and direct to get an appointment. Very pleased with the way everything turned out. thank you very much. Joshua Page has a great work ethic and was kind and professional.I would recommend your service. Thank you very much. Pete DeVita

We had a spring break. I called at 6:30am Saturday morning 11/30 and Precision had a tech at our home by 9:00am We ended up getting a full garage moving parts replacement, what we had was very old and worn. Our Tech, Wesley was very knowledgeable and friendly. Only took about 1 1/2 hours. Highly recommend Precision for any garage door repairs.

Sherman was the tech's name who just finished installing my new garage door. Arrived the exact minuet he said he would. Did the job in exactly the time he said it would take and did it with precision, skill and care. Door looks great, works great. Sherman cleaned everything, took the time to explain all the operation, provided all paperwork, warranty, instructions, and was promptly off to impress another customer. Thanks

Excellent response to my phone call that my garage door would not open or shut. A few hours after my call, I open my door to see the smiling face of the repair man. I think his name was Isaac. He was cheerful, and he repaired my door in a few minutes. It is wonderful to know that when a call to Precision is made, they aren't kidding when they say you will have your problem solved on the same day. Thank you very much!!

Our 15+ year old garage door opener had been failing intermittently and I asked John P to give me options for repair/replace; he evaluated the entire door system, not just the lift, and gave me several options - we chose to replace the opener and all the rollers and we couldn't be happier - the door no longer shudders and shakes, and the new belt drive is basically SILENT - WOW! What a difference!

One of the springs broke, at 8pm Tues Nov 20, 2 days prior to Thanksgiving. Precision Garage door, came this next morning at about 0930 am. Quick response. The tech showed me many price numbers? on a 8 1/2 X 11 note pad. By the time the tech finished the job ( 2) both springs replaced and also bearing replaced. I was a little shock on the repair cost $ 880.00. I paid via credit card on the tech's credit card machine. I have yet to be given a detail or any invoice receipt? I would really like to receive a detailed paid invoice! I have absolutely no ideal how much they charged for these repaired items?
