After paying $884 for a repair I researched and found out your company is defrauding the public by selling parts that are needed for a simple repair. Another company came out and told me about shady business practices. Also saw a Dateline special about your techs, which ate actually "sales driven" associates presenting options for a repair. Shame on me for not doing my homework and researching your company before hiring, but shame you for thriving on deceptive business practices. I simply needed to repair a garage door panel and you sales guy, very nice and friendly, said the only way to fix the door was by replacing a bunch of unecessary parts. I'm surprised there isn’t a class action suit against your company for deceptive business.

Outstanding customer service with exceptional on-time repair. All repairs were completed in a matter of a few hours from the time I placed the call. Keith Allen (Technician) was extremely professional, courteous, and very efficient. Keith provided 3 estimates/price ranges based on the products he had to offer. Having worked in the Trades Industry in prior years, I knew which parts (springs) that needed to be replaced, and which parts (rollers, cables) I wanted to replace/upgrade. Keith was extremely knowledgeable about each product Precision offered which made it easy to tailor the estimate to fit my budget and need. The turn-a-round time from the time I called in the service request to a fully repaired functional door was remarkable.

Your company sold and installed our door. I continue to use your service for that reason. Today 4/17/2019 a technician was sent to my home to replace the rubber molding/seal at the bottom of the door where it meets the ground. I paid $163 for 20 minutes of work on your technician part, to which he slid the old one out and the new one in, and had me pull it through to the other side. After he left, and after a while, I felt as if I was scammed. I've more technical work that this and never was I paid $160 for 20 minutes worth. I were the ATG of Florida, I would open up an investigation into a sale of service like this.

I called yesterday, Matthew showed up today and it was done within an hour or so. Great service, and a much quieter garage door opener. My existing opener was installed in 1993 so it was beyond fixable...no surprise there. Along with the garage door opener, he also replaced rollers and springs and other things I don't remember.

Having problems with garage door opining and closing on its own...called & was told someone could come out between 3 - 7...a little before 3:00 got a call saying they were on their way. Matt cipolla arrived, introduced himself..looked at door and all that went with it....we talked about options..he was very respectful, knowledgeable,pleasant. I chose to go with repair, he was able to do it same day....quality work.....explained what he had done and how to get used to it.....did not talk to me as though,because I am a woman, that I knew nothing about garage doors! totally recommend him and Precision!!

Hi! We thought we just needed a routine tune up, but we ended up needing very extensive work - actually, almost everything but the actual garage door! I couldn't even include the services on the list below, they were too many! We were very fortunate to have Arnold Simpson as our technician. He was knowledgeable, efficient, more than fair and so pleasant! Even though it ended up costing us far more than we had hoped, with so many services needed, Mr. Simpson made the experience far more pleasant than we could have hoped. We would recommend him highly.
