I chose "Precision Door Service" based on an internet "Google" search and I was impressed with the overall 4.9 rating and the number of submitted reviews. Scheduling a technician to review our problem issues and provide a detailed evaluation was handled efficiently by a very knowledgeable customer service representative. I was impressed with the "Google" reference and that our conversation was recorded. I scheduled a date and "time range" for the next day --- my preference. The technician called about 15 minutes prior to his arrival to confirm our appointment. Our technician arrived on time, was well spoken, knowledgeable, and interested in an holistic evaluation based upon my outstanding garage door opening issues. He presented options to fix our problem(s) and explained the price/performance option details. He did not pressure me to select any business lucrative solutions, and would only suggest a solution, when I asked for his evaluation. I am very satisfied with the service provided by "Precision Door Service" and highly recommend that you consider their Service. EXTREMELY SATISFIED!, and, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

4.5 Stars He came early, ready for work. Took time to assess the issuesand gave two estimates; the first to repair the door to make sure it worked and there were no safety issues. the second was for a full restoration to like new condition. Though both jobs were a high I decided on the first estimate. He went to work with little fanfare and with in a hour an half he completed the job. The door is easy to lift and stays on the tracks. I would recommend this company and this individual to everyone. Not cheap, not the most expensive but competent.

I found you on Google and called and a competent person answered the phone and promised that a repair person would come between 1pm and 6pm. Isak came and did a wonderful job for us. Used your company based on reviews. Work fine but wonder if service man receives commission on repairs made. Trying to tell me 3 month old springs not good. Put in by another company. Your company replaced the motor, all wheels and adjusted after springs done also 3 months ago. Since I didn’t watch everything done not sure if I’ll now have spring issues again based on how he kept saying springs failed the test he did. He also put this in the report and I feel it may be so he can say yes the springs were bad even though new. This was a repeat service to adjust his work done 3 months ago when the motor was replaced. If springs fail soon I will question why.
