Mike from Precision fixed a broken spring that breaks every 2 to 3 years, replaced all the original rollers, end bearing plates, and replaced metal rollers with nylon. What a big difference! The door is quiet and doesn't shake anymore when opening and closing. I can see that the spring will last a lot longer and improved the door.

Adam had the most positive attitude, explained everything well and of course, showed up promptly which seems to be a constant with the representatives from Precision. Bad PCB for remote door opener. Bryan was great. He had the board and replaced it. Job done However, he quoted us an out the door price of $354.95. We agreed. When he presented the invoice they had added $49.95 reprogramming fee (what a joke) $25.85 shop supply fee (they didn't use any shop supplies) $20.00 transportation fee? None of these fees were mentioned earlier...... For a total of $400.80! $45.85 more than I was quoted 30 minutes earlier! I am a veteran and they didn't offer a veterans discount. So the service was great. The way they gyped me on the price was not. You will receive my lowest rating and bad referrals because of your ridiculous pricing scheme!

I called yesterday afternoon and Jason was at my home this morning. Fixed everything I needed and also reset my remote in my car and was very patient as it took a few times but he did it!!! I would definitely use Precision again, as I have at several homes in Tampa and Vero Beach.

We are so excited about our new garage door! The entire experience went very smoothly starting with the designer manager Michele Ferris. She explained to us very clearly the differences between three different options, and let us choose, what was most appropriate for us. The two installers Sherman Young and Robert West were very knowledgeable, it looked that they have a lot of experience doing their job , and they did it well. Very professional and polite. We are very grateful!

After initially waiting nearly 4 hours which was the assigned window i received a phone call saying that they had an emergency and it was going to be another 2 hrs to get somebody to me. When i told them that that was not going to work as I had to be somewhere later in the day and flying out of town the next day they called me back to say that had a tech that would get to me in an hour. Though not ideal I felt i could make that work. The tech John Tsangarinos showed up at 3 and immediately got to work on the door. I found John to be super friendly and he explained everything to me clearly. Thoroughly enjoyed our side conversation and apologize to John for probably slowing him down, lol. He had all the repairs done w/in the hour and I was able to get to my appointment on time. Thanks John if I ever have an issue again I will be asking for you personally to do the repair!

Your commercial on TV immediately caught our attention. The weekend appointments mostly appealed to us, and we decided to give you a try. Jesse B. was very professional and helpful. He provided options available to repair the garage door opener, and once we chose our desired option, he focused and promptly fixed the problem. When the repair was complete he walked us through all he had done and explained how all new features worked. He was very thorough. Excellent job, we are very satisfied.

Came out this morning to pull my truck out of the garage door and the door stopped about 12" above the ground. Releasing the door didn't work so I called the number on the sticker of the installer...(We bought the house about 4 years ago). I was promised a tech by !:00 pm and he came before noon. Very knowledgeable and he explained to me the problem and it was fixed by 1:15 pm. Shaun did a great job and was very personable.

I was having a problem with my garage door not going down. I called Precision and was given an appointment the next day as requested. Craig arrived on time. He was very courteous and polite. He diagnosed the problem fairly quickly. He explained the situation thoroughly and I agreed to have it fixed. He did a great job (neat and clean).
