Excellent customer service - which is a rarity these days. Amanda was able to make appointment for the following morning and technician Noah texted 25 minutes before his arrival. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and quickly installed a replacement keypad under warranty. So glad I chose Precision to install my new garage door last year.

Cody did a thorough evaluation on my squeaky garage door and determined that all that was needed was some silicone type spray. He then showed me where to spray it and left the rest of the spray so I can repeat this process in 6 months or when the door squeaks again.
