I am so impressed by the customer service experience and prompt appointments provided by Precision! I was home by myself with my 4 children in the evening and my garage would not close. I was frantic as I knew it was close to end of business hours and if I couldn’t get help closing it, it would be open all night! I called Precision and they were able to come out within the hour to help me close it and educate me on what happened so I can try to troubleshoot it myself the next time! Thank you from one happy, frantic mom customer!
