Same day service? Hardly....Andy Peck from Precision arrived in less than half an hour!!!!! He was wonderful even though my puppy barked at him. Andy presented options before he started and I chose to purchase new rollers and a bottom seal in addition to the absolutely necessary springs. Andy fixed our door and even swept the leaves out of the garage while he was cleaning up. It's amazing how quiet the door works now. Great Job, Andy!!! Keep up the precision work Precision!!!

Just had technician Jesse Burns here to service my garage door opener. He was very professional from the being. He looked at the issues and explained the options. He never pressured to do anything.
