I called on Saturday, April 4th around 10:30 A.M. and Keith the technician, had the door fixed by 1:00 PM. Fast and friendly service, awesome company to work with. The safety sensors were bad, and Keith fixed them and we are now able to open and close the garage door.

Shane was great. Since the spring was broken the door could not be opened and I opened all the house doors and Shane came through our house without touching anything to repair it. With the coronavirus a concern I appreciated the extra care used. Shane inspected our door and then listed out the options I had available to repair. I chose to repair everything (spring, bearings and rollers) because the door parts (other than the spring) were 25 years old. These repairs were done efficiently and I was back in business in short time.

Jose was very knowledgeable and informative. I had already gotten an estimate from another company and Precision was the best choice with 5 yr warranty on electronics, lifetime warranty on motor and belt and no charge for 24/7 service visit! Jose also gave me other very useful tips. He mentioned that they always carried equipment with them so I had him install opener. He was done in about an hour! Wonderful experience! Jason Darling was here promptly. He reviewed the proposal from his last visit and proceeded to get to work. Jason brought to my attention the skirt on the door which has damaged areas. He also mentioned the motor has had quite a strain on it due to the needed repairs. We decided to watch how the door performs since it is only four years old. Jason said he will send me a proposal on the future repairs,

Excellent Service - My garage doors fell off the tracks and could not close. Within 24 hours of my call, they were here as promised. Jason went above and beyond to fix the issues. He ensured I understood the problems and recommendations to repair with options. When the truck did not have new tracks, Jason called and they delivered them to my home. Jason returned and completed all repairs the same day and worked late to finish. That's excellent customer service. I highly recommend this Company. Services were excellent and prices reasonable.

Belt drive on garage door opener broke. Also noticed when manually opening garage door it was quite heavy and would not stay up. Jimmy replaced both springs and the belt. Door is easier to open manually and a lot quieter.

I had a spring break on Saturday June 1st. I called Precision based on their commercials about quality service and fast response. They were not able to come until Monday afternoon June 3rd, but I figured that would be fine. When the tech arrived, he told my wife he would have to replace the whole system because the Wayne Dalton system was outdated and no parts were available. The garage door and system was only 5 years old. The quote was over $1,000. I sent him on his way and had another company fix it for $275. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

my garage door makes a loud cracking noise ...in the morning when i first open it...precision has been out to adjust and lube it at least 4 to 5 times...they even sent a manager out...and he added some braces...to keep down the noise...i hate to complain...but this door is just not right...the technicians spray it with lube....and the noise is muffled...and they assure me that everything is alright...i don't know...maybe i will just have to live with it...but i am not real happy...thanks for trying....michael panos...
