I was pleased with his entire effort from beginning to end. He replaced the springs and all other moving parts and all was done in a highly satisfactory manner. John was very efficient and a real help in his suggestion about the need for new rollers. It was a p;easure to obtain the remotes programmed right on site through Percision.
